The narcissist will make people distance from you. They will lie about you, or minimally change the facts to make you look worse.
For the narcissist it is important that you look worse because this way their actions won’t look so bad.
The isolation, and the silent treatment techniques are so common and sublime that is almost like you caused that yourself. They will make you believe that.
Manipulations are their strongest skill, they can do that like anybody else.
Some will even keep pretending that they are helping you, because they want to show how good and wonderful persons they are.
The narcissist is happy when the things don’t work for you because that is the proof they are “right”, while in reality they know what they have caused.
Specialist in lies, they will make up little things every once in a while, just for practising. They lie they have met famous people, they have done grandiose things, they have done things before you did because “God save me from being the 2nd”. They can’t stand being behind you. They can’t stand having someone they don’t like being better than them.
Open your eyes… And let your voice out. that’s all you gotta do.
